After an investigation with the RUN network and pcc, we detected one of our VMware virtual switches with no traffic.
After a reload of the switch, all VPS are accessible again.

It seems that all of the hosts related to switch sw-n5.sbg-201-n5.sw.ovh.net are impacted.
