Start time : 28/01/2026 12:00 UTC Impacted Service(s) : Some actions on Enterprise File Storage may not work as expected. Customers Impact : Some customers may have difficulty extending an existing volume or creating a new volume. This incident only affects volumes whose size is greater than or equal to 1000GB Ongoing Actions : The incident has been identified and our teams are mobilised to restore service as quickly as possible.
