Impacted Service(s) : Servers in the specified racks 41F02 41G06 41G07 41H05 41H06 were no longer able to access the public network.
Customers Impact : Customers were temporarily unable to access their servers via public network located on the specified rack.
Root Cause : This incident was caused by a network equipment issue.
