We have determined the origin of the incident affecting our Dedicated Servers offering on the rack G265B08.

Impacted Service(s) : IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) is temporarily unavailable in the rack G265B08.
Customers Impact : Customers are temporarily unable to access and use their IPMI access in the specified rack.
The Public and Private networks are operational.
Root Cause : This incident is caused by a network equipment issue.
Ongoing Actions : The incident has been identified and our teams are mobilised to restore service as quickly as possible.
