Here is detail for this incident : Start time : 24/08/2025 03:00 UTC Impacted Service(s) : IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) is temporarily unavailable in the racks BHS0812B05A/B/C. Customers Impact : Customers are temporarily unable to access and use their IPMI access in the specified racks. The Public and Private networks are operational. Root Cause : This incident is caused by an electrical equipment issue. Ongoing Actions : The incident has been identified and our teams are mobilised to restore service as quickly as possible.
