We would like to inform you that the incident affecting our Backup Agent offering has now been resolved.

Root Cause : This incident was caused by a software issue.

Backup jobs that were failed and could not be completed. These failed backup jobs will not be rerun.
However, all future scheduled backup jobs are expected to run normally.
