We have determined the origin of the incident affecting our Dedicated Servers offer on the specific rack.
Here is detail for this incident : Start time : 18/05/2025 03:42 UTC Impacted Service(s) : Public and private networks are temporarily unavailable for servers in the specified rack. Customers Impact : Some customers are temporarily unable to access and use their servers in rack GRA0316B04A through public and private networks. However, customers who enabled LACP (Link Aggregation Control Protocol) are able to access their servers but are facing bandwidth reduction. Root Cause : This incident is caused by a network equipment issue. Ongoing Actions : The incident has been identified and our teams are mobilised to restore service as quickly as possible.
