Root cause : Incident due to a bug in a metric component of our infrastructure.
Our technical teams resolved the issue. All impacted services are now operational.

Service impact : Some VPS traffic have been limited.
Ongoing actions : Email percentage calculation is in progress. Correct limitation will be apply on each VPS
For VPS solutions hosted in Sydney and Singapore: There is traffic limitation : 1TB traffic/month for the Starter and Value ranges, 2TB/month for the Essential range, 3TB/month for the Comfort range, and 4TB/month for the Elite range. Bandwidth is reduced to 10Mbit/s once the monthly quota has been exceeded.
An email alert is sent regarding the bandwidth reduction.
