Start time : 13/12/2025 19:10 UTC Impacted Service(s) : Servers in the specified racks are no longer able to access via the IPMI interface. Also, some servers in rack WAW0107A02C are temporarily unavailable. Customers Impact : Customers are temporarily unable to manage their servers located in racks WAW0107A02A, WAW0107A02B and WAW0107A02C with IPMI. Also, some customers are temporarily unable to access and use their servers in rack WAW0107A02C. Root Cause : This incident is caused by a cooling system issue. Ongoing Actions : The incident has been identified and our teams are mobilised to restore service as quickly as possible.
