Service impact : vRack network was temporarily unavailable for servers in racks 55C18, 55C19, 55B02, 55B03, 55B09, 55B10, 55B11, 55B12, 55C20, 55C21, 55C22, 55C23, 55C24 and 55B06.
Root cause : A hardware issue caused a network equipment in our Datacenter to be temporarily unavailable which caused the incident.
We would like to inform you that the incident have been resolved and the situation is back to normal.

Since 20:34 UTC, vRack network is available again for all impacted servers.

Ongoing actions : Our teams are currently monitoring the situation.
