We would like to inform you that an incident happened on our vRack Private network offering, in RBX Datacenter ,and it has now been resolved.

Service impact : EFS (Enterprise File Storage) was unreachable.
Customer impact : Customers could not acces their EFS services when they wanted to use their Private Network.
Root cause : It was due to a malfunction on a software.
