We had an incident on Dedicated Servers offer in racks R802R13/R802R14/R802R15 which has now been resolved.

Start time : 08/05/2026 22:03 UTC End time : 08/05/2026 22:14 UTC Impacted Service(s) : Servers in the specified rack were no longer able to access via the IPMI interface. Customers Impact : Customers were temporarily unable to access their servers via the IPMI interface located on the specified racks. Root Cause : This incident was caused by a cooling system issue.
