GET /dedicated/server/{serviceName}/install/templateCapabilities

Service impact : None
Service improvement : This API call was previously useful for old Windows OS installers that were not compatible with installation on another diskgroup on servers with multiple diskgroups. Since then all OSes can be installed on any diskgroup.
