Impacted Service(s) : Some servers in the specified rack experienced a network bandwidth reduction (servers with LACP enabled) or a temporary loss of public and vRack network connectivity (servers without LACP enabled).
Customers Impact : Customers using LACP (Link Aggregation Control Protocol) experienced reduced network bandwidth on their servers.
Customers without LACP enabled may have been temporarily unable to access their servers via public and vRack networks.
Root Cause : This incident was caused by a network equipment issue.
