Also some servers in racks T05G22 and T05G23 are temporarily unavailable.
Customers Impact : Customers are temporarily unable to access their servers in rack T05G22 via vRack network.
Also some customers are temporarily unable to access and use their servers loacated in racks T05G22 and T05G23.
Root Cause : This incident is caused by a cooling system issue.
Ongoing Actions : The incident has been identified and our teams are mobilised to restore service as quickly as possible.
