Impacted Service(s) : Servers in the racks 46H30 - 46H29 - 46H31 - 46G17 - 46G18 - 46G19 - 46G21 - 46G22 - 46G20 - 46D10 - 46G25 - 46G24 - 46G23 - 46G27 - 46D09 - 46G31 - 46G30 - 46H13 - 46G28 - 46G26 were no longer able to access the vRack network.
Customers Impact : Customers were temporarily unable to access their servers via vRack network located on the specified rack.
Root Cause : This incident was caused by an electrical equipment issue.
